Prest Concrete Deck Mezzanine

This company had a particular dilemma in that, again, like most of us, they needed more warehouse space.  But their particular need was to store and retrieve very heavy loads which included the need to use a 6,000#  lift truck. Their obvious solution, although very expensive, was to expand their building. Together, we developed the idea for a 340 psf (pounds per square foot) mezzanine using concrete as decking (with a point load capable of withstanding the lift truck demands).  This 4,000 square foot structure allowed them to stay in their building and handle their heavy loads 15 feet above floor level.
